Who is cuci22?
Cuci22 is an online gaming platform founded in 2018 with a clear vision — to be the most trusted and most entertaining gaming destination for players in Malaysia. Over six years of operation, cuci22 has grown from a small platform into one of the most recognised names in the local online gaming industry, with over two million registered members nationwide.
What sets cuci22 apart from other platforms? The answer is simple: we put players first, above everything else. Every decision we make — from selecting game providers and designing the interface to choosing payment methods and handling complaints — starts with one question: is this the best choice for our players?
Unlike overseas platforms that may not understand the specific needs of the Malaysian market, cuci22 is built from the ground up for local players. We support payments via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost — methods Malaysians use every day. Our interface is available in Bahasa Melayu, and our customer support team is fluent in Bahasa Melayu and other languages spoken in Malaysia.
Cuci22's Mission and Vision
Cuci22's mission is to provide a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience to every player in Malaysia. We believe everyone deserves a transparent platform where wins are truly the result of skill and luck — not manipulation or fraud.
Cuci22's long-term vision is to remain the leader in Malaysia's online gaming industry — not just in membership numbers, but more importantly in player trust and satisfaction. We are not racing to be the biggest; we are racing to be the best.

Security and Trust at the Core of cuci22
In the online gaming industry, trust is everything. cuci22 understands that players are entrusting us with their money and personal information — a responsibility we take with the utmost seriousness.
The cuci22 platform is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading financial institutions and banks worldwide. All financial transactions — whether deposits or withdrawals — are fully encrypted and inaccessible to unauthorised third parties.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process not only meets industry standards but also protects players from identity theft and unauthorised account access.
On the matter of game fairness, all games at cuci22 use RNG systems that have been audited and certified by accredited independent third-party audit bodies. This means no one — including cuci22 staff — can manipulate the outcome of any game.
Fast Withdrawals – Your Money, Your Time
One of the most common complaints players have about other online gaming platforms is delays in withdrawing winnings. At cuci22, we take this seriously. We are committed to processing all withdrawal requests within 1 to 5 minutes to your local bank account or e-wallet.
No hidden fees, no unreasonable questions, no unnecessary delays. Your winnings are yours, and cuci22 ensures you can access them quickly and easily. For withdrawals exceeding RM10,000, a brief verification process may be required for your security — but this is resolved within 15 to 30 minutes.
